He has caused fear mainly in the Pispala area. He made spray paintings about “Pyöräskatoo” and “Pemmu”. He tries to warn about Pemmu, who is a dangerous and yet secret character/being in the Tampere area. Pyöräskatoo is therefore a criminal, but he only takes revenge on people who have done serious things
