Probot was a collaborate heavy/thrash metal project made by Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters and Nirvana in the early 2000s, made because Grohl desired an outlet to express his love for metal, propagated since his youth. Grohl got many big figures to join him on Probot’s singular-self-titled album, such as Jack Black, Mike Dean, Lemmy Kilmeister, and King Diamond. The cover for the album was created by Voivod’s drummer, Michael Langevin.
