Princess Goes To The Butterfly Museum is an experimental rock/electronic band covering many genres of music. They have released one self-titled EP and two studio albums, and have performed a large amount of unreleased music live.

The band is a trio comprised of lead singer Michael C. Hall (known primarily for his role as the titular protagonist of the Showtime series Dexter), guitarist/keyboardist Matt Katz-Bohen (of Blondie), and drummer/backing vocalist Peter Yanowitz (of the Wallflowers).
