Plave (Plaveboi) is a German rapper and artist from Germany who combines trap, rage, and melodic influences in his music. Important: Plave should not be confused with the South Korean K-pop group “PLAVE” — this is an independent German rap artist focused on modern trap, rage, and experimental sounds.

Plave officially began his music career in 2023. His first release was published on December 8, 2023, marking the beginning of his project under the artist name Plave.

On March 1, 2024, Plave released his first project, P1. In retrospect, the tape is generally viewed as an early demo project and trap mixtape, as many of the songs were originally created between 2022 and 2023 and reflect the raw, experimental nature of his early musical development.

On May 11, 2024, Plave released the single PLAYER 4 LIFE, which served as the first single from his later album INSANE. With this release, his style began shifting more strongly toward rage rap and modern, high-energy trap sounds.

PLAYER 4 LIFE is a recurring theme and artistic trademark that has been part of Plave’s music since the very beginning. The phrase symbolizes the recurring themes throughout his songs as well as a “player” mentality that runs through much of his work. It is neither an official label nor a collective, but rather a recurring concept and a central part of his artistic identity.

The album INSANE, released on July 5, 2025, is widely regarded as Plave’s first fully developed studio album and marked a significant evolution of his sound, combining trap, rage, atmospheric soundscapes, and melodic elements.

On July 13, 2025, Plave released BOUNCE, his first international collaboration, alongside American rapper SSGKobe. The song marked an important milestone in his career and introduced his project to a broader international audience.

With the single HELLCAT (August 8, 2025), Plave entered the next phase of his musical journey surrounding the album 2INSANE. Released on September 26, 2025, the project combined rage, trap, and more experimental influences while further developing his artistic style.

Following 2INSANE, several standalone singles were released before Plave began working on his upcoming project PLAYER 4 LIFE. On January 23, 2026, he released MONSTER TRUCK as the album’s first single, followed by FAVORITE on April 24, 2026. The upcoming album is expected to be Plave’s most professional release to date, combining modern rage, trap, and new-generation influences with a higher level of production quality. Additional international collaborations are also planned, including another song with SSGKobe.
