Naoufel, known as OXEAN, is an Algerian artist from Tlemcen (born 2003) who began his musical journey in 2016 before evolving from HTM PROD into his current identity in 2020.
Blending Afro Pop, rap, RnB, trap, and ambient sounds, he has released projects like Fast Life and multiple standout singles. He also contributed to Flenn’s album ALMA as well as other songs in the Algerian Rap scene.
