Origami Angel, an American band from Washington D.C., is an emo and math rock band featuring Ryland Heagy on vocals and guitar and Pat Doherty on drums and percussion.

After their previous band split in 2016, they quickly created several EPs under Chatterbot Records before launching their debut album, Somewhere City, in 2019. This record was publish after their signing with Counter Intuitive Records in the same year.

With the pandemic slowing down their touring for Somewhere City, the duo turned their attention to creating new music. This productive period resulted in their second album, Gami Gang, released in 2021. They continued to expand their discography with various smaller projects, including a mixtape, The Brightest Days, released on June 16, 2023. On September 27, 2024, they released their third album Feeling Not Found.

Their music frequently references pop culture, including video games, cartoons, and memes, often through samples and song titles.
