Omar Josúe Rudberg, also known just as Omar, is a Swedish-born singer and actor born in Venezuela. In 2010, he participated in Talang broadcast on TV4. He gained some notoriety as a member of the group FO&O, with whom he participated in the 2017 Melodifestivalen, reaching the final with the song “Gotta Thing About You”.

Omar started his solo career in 2018 with the single “QUE PASA,” followed by “La Mesa”. It was later revealed that he would participate in the 2019 Melodifestivalen with the song “Om om och om igen”. “Om om och om igen” failed to qualify for the semi-finals, but gave Omar his first “top 20” solo in the Sweden.
