Omar Gerryl Credle (born May 13, 1971), better known as O.C., is a rapper from Brooklyn, New York.

Best known as a member of D.I.T.C., Omar was born in Brooklyn and was raised in Bushwick. In 1991, he made his rap debut on Organized Konfusion’s “Fudge Pudge” off of their self-titled debut album.

In 1994, he released his debut album Word… Life, which features his most popular song, “Time’s Up”. In 1997, he signed to Pay Day Records and released his sophomore album Jewelz.
