NSRD (Restoration Workshop of Unprecedented Feelings) or Nebijušu Sajūtu Restaurēšanas Darbnīca is a now defunct music group from Riga, Latvia. They played Experimental/Electronic music with New Wave and New Age influences and Minimalism-styled attitude.

The band was formed in 1982 by Hardijs Lediņš (architect and DJ, 1955-2004) and Juris Boiko (universal artist, 1954-2002). In early years they played electronic avantgarde. They were pioneers of this kind of music in Latvia. With their fellows Dzeltenie Pastnieki (who where more popular than NSRD) they were the first New Wave musicians in the Latvian SSR. Their records were available only on magnetic tapes of limited quantities. During democratization and perestroika era they put out four cassettes on their long running Seque label.

Their activities were widely multidisciplinary and they can not be considered as purely musicians since none of them had a professional musical education. Their creativity was manifested through variety of media – music, performance and action art, visual arts, poetry, samizdat, the introduction video art in Latvia etc. NSRD also made a significant contribution to the explanation of the theoretical aspects of art in the interpretation of the postmodernist movement, and developed the independent concept of “Approximate Art”. At the end of the 80s, NSRD got connected and performed with several artists and musicians living in West Germany, including Indulis Bilzēns, Micky Remann and Maximilian Lenz aka Westbam and others.

As they were so untraditional to the Latvian music scene, they didn’t gain a lot of popularity in the 80s. Nowadays their music is popular among collectors and music fans.
