Born as Zhi Hao Chen (陳志豪; Chen Zhi Hao) on April 9, 1987, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, Nine Chen (陳零九) is a singer-songwriter and TV host who originally debuted in 2009, but did not release his major debut album 已讀不回 (One Sided Love) until 2013.

Chen has released music in all sorts of genres, ranging from pop, R&B, rock, rap and hip-hop.
