Neverout, (also commonly referred to as Oats Jenkins or Owen Jenkins) is a singer, producer and instrumentalist from Salt Lake City, Utah. He makes music in his basement on a laptop. His first album When I Lay Down was fully written and produced by him with minor help and had hits like Heart Attacks and Idiots Dancing. His second album Colorblind To You is widely considered an improvement with songs like You Say a Name and Double Jump.
