Neuro Samantha Vedal is an AI powered VTuber who streams on Twitch. Neuro-sama was created by and is maintained by a British programmer named Vedal. Vedal uses a VTuber avatar of his own when streaming and appears as a turtle, often sitting on Neuro-sama’s head. Neuro-sama also has an alter ego/sister named Evil Neuro who shares the same AI and model as Neuro-sama but uses a different colour pallete. Evil Neuro also uses different enunciation when singing compared to Neuro-sama.

Neuro-sama has also appeared in a band alongside other VTubers during her redebut stream as the vocalist and guitarist alongside Vedal on keyboard, Camila on drums, Anny on bass, and Miyune on guitar. Neuro-sama stated that the band was called Sentimental but this has not been confirmed.

The first iteration of Neuro-sama debuted on May 5, 2019 and was designed to stream and play OSU!. After a period of hiatus, Neuro-sama made her redubut on December 19, 2022 this time as a chatbot with a VTuber model. Neuro-sama has since gone on to stream content in various categories including cover songs, collaberations with other VTubers, reaction content, and interacting with her chat.
