Hailing from Seattle, WA, Edward “Dixie” Aoki creates a genre buffet of music under a project titled “Neon December”. Inspired by Flume, Frank Ocean, Björk, and The Mars Volta alike, Dixie aim’s to bring different genres together, creating something greater than the sum of its parts while telling stories in the process.
