Mt. Joy, an American five-member indie rock band based in Los Angeles, originally formed in Philadelphia. Debuted in 2016 with their single, “Astrovan,” the name of the band refers to a hill in the Valley Forge National Park, Pennsylvania, close to where group members Matt Quinn and Sam Cooper grew up. In 2017, the duo were joined by Sotiris Eliopoulos, Jackie Miclau and Michael Byrnes to complete the band.
