MONSTA X (몬스타엑스) is a South Korean hip-hop-influenced K-Pop boy group under Starship Entertainment. The group was formed on Mnet’s 2014 reality survival show NO.MERCY, debuting on May 14, 2015 with the mini album TRESPASS. The group consists of six members: SHOWNU, MINHYUK, KIHYUN, HYUNGWON, JOOHONEY and I.M. Former member WONHO left the group on October 31, 2019.

The group has released successful singles, EPs, and albums including hits like “DRAMARAMA”, “Jealousy”, and “Shoot Out”. The latter was also released in English marking their American debut.

In 2016, the group was awarded the “Best of Next Male Artist Award” at the 2016 Mnet Asian Music Awards. In 2018, they became the first K-Pop act to tour as part of KISS-FM Jingle Ball Concert Series.

MONSTA X released an English song called “Who Do U Love?” with Epic Records featuring French Montana. The song peaked at #29 on the US Pop Songs Airplay Chart, making them the third K-Pop artist to enter the chart. The song was later included on their debut English-language album, “All About Luv” released in early 2020.
