Most renowned for his battle rap flow and lyrical abilities that are showcased best on his debut single “Keep It Real” in 1995, Miilkbone is an early figure for white rappers trying to be taken seriously. An affiliate of Naughty By Nature, label changes affected his time in the spotlight, causing his bragging rights to end up swept under the rug and later surpassed by the impact of Eminem.

Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey on March 4, 1974, Thomas George Wlodarczyk signed a record deal with Capitol Records in 1993 and released his debut album Da' Miilkrate on June 20, 1995. He returned in 1999, appearing on Death Row Records' Chronic 2000 compilation. Two years later, in 2001, he released his second album U Got Miilk? through Lightyear Entertainment.

After this, Miilkbone walked away from hip-hop and focused more on his life for a few years. But he slowly began coming back and on February 28, 2015, he released his first mixtape titled Da Miilktape through Struggle Enterprise, and he released his Voice of Reason album on October 20, 2015 through Black Island Music and The Orchard/Sony.
