MID CITY are an indie rock band from Melbourne, Australia, formed in 2018. The band consists of Joel Griffith (vocals), Benjamin Woodmason (guitar), James Campbell (bass), and Timothy Woodmason (drums).

Known for their energetic, hook-driven songwriting, MID CITY gained early attention with singles such as “Old Habits,” which reached Triple J’s top 10 most-played songs and later charted on Spotify’s Viral 50 and German college radio charts. Subsequent releases including “Liar Liar,” “Forget It,” and “Choc Mint” received support from BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders.

The band has toured extensively across Australia, Germany, and the United Kingdom, performing at festivals including BIGSOUND, Reeperbahn Festival, Haldern Pop, Taubertal, and Obstwiesen. In 2023, MID CITY released their debut album, Happy Ever After.
