Maro is a 20-year-old fast-rising Lebanese/Ukrainian artist and songwriter. Straight outta Beirut, Maro grew up and taught himself the guitar and started writing songs. He makes effortless pop music as good as Lebanese food, usually about love, or lack thereof. Maro grew a fanbase through his YouTube channel using only his iPhone and guitar, and has since created a global community of 1m+. In 2020, Maro released “Carsick,” his first originial staple, written by Maro himself together with Swedish writers Albin Nedler and Carl Falk, followed by his first release of 2021, “take it back.” After a long stay in Oslo writing music, his third single “Heart To Spare” came to be and was finished together with Jared Scharff and he is working on releasing many many more songs this year.
