Dijon Thames, better known by his stage name Mann, is a an American rapper from West Los Angeles. He was discovered by producer J.R. Rotem in 2007. His 2008 debut single, “Ghetto Girl” (featuring another Rotem protégé, Sean Kingston), was followed by the 2010 singles “Text” featuring Jason Derülo and “Buzzin” featuring 50 Cent. The latter became Mann’s signature hit, peaking at number 62 on the Billboard Hot 100. All three songs preceded his debut album, Mann’s World (2011).
