Mallory Knox is an alternative rock band from Cambridge, United Kingdom. Named after a character from the film Natural Born Killers, the band was formed in 2009.

After releasing debut EP “Pilot” in 2011, the band was signed to A Wolf At Your Door Records. The band originally consisted of five members, and they released three albums: debut album ‘’Signals‘’ in 2013, ‘’Asymmetry‘’ in 2014 and ‘’Wired‘’ in 2017.

On February 14th, 2018, the band announced in a Facebook post that lead vocalist Mikey Chapman had left the band, and that Bass guitarist/backing vocalist Sam Douglas would take over as lead vocalist.

A self-titled album was released on 16th August 2019, but on 9th September 2019, in a since-deleted Facebook post, the band released a statement, in which they confirmed that they would be breaking up after finishing their headline UK tour promoting the album.

In 2024, it was announced that all 5 members would be reuniting at Slam Dunk Festival 2024, where they played two ‘comeback’ shows. They then went on to perform a 10 Year anniversary tour of ‘Asymmetry’ in October of the same year.

In 2026, in a Facebook post shared by the band, it was apparent there was only three remaining members, with Sam and Joe seemingly stepping away from the band.

A new single ‘Afterglow’ was released on 17/08/2026. The band have teased in a recent live stream promoting the single that there is more music to come, and hopefully a UK headline tour near the end of 2026.

Two intimate shows were played in London and Manchester in late August 2026.
