Lytra is a music artist originating from Copenhagen, Denmark, that focuses on making music known as Hyperpop, Krushclub, Dance & EDM, Hardstyle and Scenecore.

Lytra has gained a lot of popularity from his high-energy sounds featured in his music. Lytra has worked with countless of other artists like asteria, kets4eki and Vyzer, making similar music in this scene. Lytra’s first known song that has been released on streaming platforms is Br0kn

He started his career in early-middle 2022 under the name “Lytra”, while often working with an artist going under the name Anti-Light, which had a similar sound to what Lytra was making at the time of his debut. On November 8, 2022, Lytra has released his first-ever EP under the name “Melancholic Dreamland” containing six tracks inside, most of the tracks featuring Anti-Light and Saku.

In the middle of 2023, Lytra started experimenting more with his music style, trying out the scenecore genre and collaborating with people in the scene. The first scenecore song that Lytra has released, was a song featuring a hyperpop and scenecore artist, asteria in a song called “vampire fangs”. Later the artist started working more with other scenecore creators like pink luu and Vyzer. Getting more comfortable with the genre.

In 2024, Lytra started gaining even more attention after the release of “HOLD UP!” featuring kets4eki and asteria it grew in popularity very quickly, getting over 1 million streams on Spotify alone.

Lytra’s popularity would only grow bigger in 2025, as the artist started the year with a song that samples the widely recognized track Tokyo Drift (Fast & Furious) by Teriyaki Boyz, which was his most popular song reaching over 2 million plays on Spotify at the beggining of March.

Lytra at end of March had already had 5+ songs that have reached the 1,000,000 million streams milestone on Spotify alone. Currently Lytra and Vyzer are working as a duo for the upcoming, yet to be titled album. It will mark the first official album released by both Lytra and Vyzer. The release date of the album is still unknown, and most of the details are still unknown.
