Cooper B. Handy (born February 10, 1994), professionally known as LUCY (Cooper B. Handy), and formerly LUCY, is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer hailing from Western Massachusetts.

LUCY has a unique pop-experimental style that speaks to some but not all. Described as aggressively prolific, he has amassed a notable discography and is constantly releasing singles, dropping music videos, and performing live. He is one half of Club Casualties, Taxidermists, and The Manic Pixies.

LUCY has collaborated with the likes of Boy Harsher, Whitearmor and SURF GANG, as well as opening for several shows on King Krule’s Space Heavy tour in 2023.
