Drawing on elements of soul, jazz, and R&B to create a clean and lyric-driven style of bedroom pop, Lucid State is a musical duo comprised of Ben Northam (vocals, keys, saxophone) and Shayan Fassih (guitar, bass). Formed in Oxford in 2018, the pair went on to release their first full project Talk to Me in February of 2020, with their latest single Maple dropping in December.
