Vladimir Pierre Louis, known as Vlado or Lil $tackz, is a Haitian-American hip-hop artist and songwriter born on September 2, 2007, in Hazelton, Pennsylvania.

Vladimir started his career at the age of 9. In 2016, after moving to Stroudsburg, Vladimir took inspiration for hip-hop at a young age. He posted songs on SoundCloud including the tracks “Jellyfish Fields” and “My Ni**a Chowder,” taking inspiration from artists like XXXTENTACION, Lil Uzi Vert, and other upcoming artists at this time. Collaborating with neighboring artists and producers including Icey Zay, Dpl Beatz, Central Eli, Werdoe, JayBreesh, Space Boy, and Cartier.

Lil $tackz is best known for his album Back To Reality and single “Bad Bitches.” Lil $tackz is making his way in hip-hop at 18 with a dream.
