lieu (born October 24, 2005) is a Canadian recording artist and producer. They were more widely known for TikTok noticed songs such as Foolish, Solidarity, and Venus.

A large variety of his music surrounds the R&B genre, as some tracks slip into a bit of pop/hip-hop induced parts.

lieu was first noticed as a previous artist, Acm! back in 2019, releasing melodic rap songs. After a year, post COVID; he had essentially stopped releasing music, and deleted all of his discography.

In the start of 2022, lieu began teasing songs of different genres, using his voice to sing instead of rap. Makeup was one of the few teased, and it eventually led to the release of “daze”, his first EP and essential release under the alias.
