Laura Karpman (born March 1, 1959) is an American composer who has composed music for television, video games, film, and theater. With training at The Juilliard School, Karpman received a doctorate.

Earning eight nominations, she has won one Emmy Award, among other accolades. Her body of work constitutes a variety of projects, including Taken, Captain America: Brave New World, The Marvels, and Everquest II.
