Knocked Loose is an American hardcore band from Oldham County, Kentucky, formed in 2013 and signed to Pure Noise Records.

The band began its career in 2013 with the release of an EP titled Pop Culture on Little Heart Records. In 2015, Knocked Loose released a split with Damaged Goods on No Luck Records. In 2016, the band announced their first studio album, titled Laugh Tracks, which was released on September 16, 2016. Three years later, shortly after the release of the mini-EP Mistakes Like Fractures on April 4, 2019, the band released their sophomore studio album titled A Different Shade of Blue on August 23, 2019.

When the world shut down during the COVID-19 pandemic, Knocked Loose rented a cabin deep in the woods of Tennessee to create a six song concept EP and accompanying animated short film. A Tear in the Fabric of Life was released on October 13, 2021.
As the band grows, they have performed internationally at major festivals such as KNOTFEST and Coachella. Teased on stage, they released a double single called Upon Loss Singles on June 14, 2023. The year after, they released the album You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To.
