became inspired by the likes of Modern Generation Legends Kendrick Lamar, J. Cole, Drake & Kanye West all the while growing up under the influence of legendary 90’s acts such as JAY-Z, André 3000, 2Pac, Nas & The Notorious B.I.G. The artist known as WAVE has credited his melodic sound, his inspiration for crafting R&B records, his fashion sense & style to the late “Princess of R&B” Aaliyah, Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes of TLC & Pop Icons such as Prince & Michael Jackson. Since his arrival in music WAVE has performed throughout every borough of New York City, while gaining a following at a widespread of open mic events, collaborating with artist all across NYC, both east & west coasts in the United States as well as internationally. Building his catalog since early 2019, WAVE has been working on new music with his engineer Russell Miller ever since & preparing his debut project to be released.
