Killgill, born May, 3rd of 2001, grew up in the small suburbs just on the outskirts of Houston, Texas. Starting off his relationship with music as a drummer for a local band, Killgill quickly realized his talent and gravitated another direction with his sound. Pulling inspiration from bands such as Movements, Beach House, and My Bloody Valentine, to artists such as Yung Lean, Lil Peep, and Houston native, Travis Scott, Killgill brings a fresh and creative new take on the blends of alternative rock and hip hop. Despite his influences, he strives to create an original vibe and sound, and uses the sounds of other contemporaries to build off of and create what is, Killgill.
