Active in the late 80s to 90s, this group was the college band of Dan Povenmire, who is well-known for creating the animated series “Phineas and Ferb.” Keep Left was considered Lost Media for more than a decade, as their only two albums are no longer in circulation. Both albums have since been “found.” Their 1996 album, Keep Left was uploaded to Youtube in January 2016, and their second album, Letters from Fielding was made available to stream on Spotify, Apple Music, and other streaming services in 2017.
The main band members (as listed in the album packet for their 1996 eponymous album) are: Dan Povenmire (guitar, vocals), Michael Culross Jr. (vocals, bass), Mike Walker (drums, percussion), and Carl Williams (lead guitar, vocals).
