Kevin Perez (born April 20, 2003), professionally known as Kay Flock, is an American recording artist from The Bronx, New York.

He started gaining popularity in late 2020 with the songs “Opp Spotter” and “Shot Down” with frequent collaborator B Lovee. He is also associated with Dougie B, making the trio responsible for “Brotherly Love”, one of their biggest songs to date.

Months after Flock’s rise in the music industry, on December 24, 2021, Kay Flock was arrested for the murder of a 24-year-old man which had taken place in Manhattan on December 16, 2021.

On December 16, 2025, Flock was sentenced to 30 years in prison on RICO conspiracy charges.
