katya p.k. is a bedroom pop musician from Toronto, ON.

She began writing, recording, and producing her own music in around 2010, citing Nicole Dollanganger, Ariel Pink, and Crystal Castles as early influences. She released born from a wish, a compilation of songs she made from 2015-2025, on February 2, 2025.

Later in 2025, she announced her debut album, All Hale-Bopp, featuring singles “Truth” and “Chariot.” The album was released on October 15, with references to the 1997 suicide of multiple members of Heaven’s Gate, and an otherworldly progressive-electronic sound.
