A British artist who’s influences are deeply rooted in Motown, RnB, Soul and Hip-Hop. The London native uses his music as a means to make sense of the world around him and his place in it. His debut single Be the Shit or Be Shit serves as the perfect introduction to his artistry as he uses clever and witty lyricism to ascertain his reasons for making music and the possible pitfalls he could encounter on his journey. His follow up single Doors is a more relaxed song but still follows the motif of unanswered questions; as Dim explores what it takes to be successful in the rap industry. Both these singles feature on his debut mixtape Answers Please which is an introspective look at the questions Dim struggles to find the answers to in his life. His third single Are We Free? sees Dim survey the current political landscape in the wake of the election and ponder whether or not things are as good as we think they are. He urges the listener to find the answer for themselves as he struggles to do the same.
