Joe Tindley is an Australian artist, whose music depicts a symbolic fantasy world of constant chaos, conflict and destruction, where all senses are highly stimulated by the colours which hold immense value in this world, and stability is never enduring.

This was first demonstrated in his debut EP, ‘2019,’ featuring dark anthems such as ‘masked by 2 or 1.5’ and ‘coverups & more.’
Following this in 2021, Tindley released his first album, ‘Instincts,’ portraying the rough trail from stability to a war-zone of a planet.

This album was followed up by several singles, then its second chapter, ‘Instincts: Chapter II,’ also released in 2021, signalling the end of an era for Earth based albums, and moon/night albums. The new era was began by ‘Thunder,’ a sun/day beginning with peace through shared instability and a pause on life, and returning back to themes from the previous albums swiftly after locating and inhabiting a new planet.

One of Tindley’s most critically acclaimed albums, ‘Ambrosia’ followed this, another sun/day album showcasing another return to peace after chaos in 2022. Continuing the cycle, 2022 moon/night album ‘Samonia’ followed this, featuring Aleksejs Macions and Lulu Brick with tracks such as ‘Guided By The Stars’ and ‘Veleavale.’

All of these works have been entirely produced, composed and written by Tindley himself, allowing for full creative control to construct the envisioned world and timeline, with influences such as Grimes, Bjork and Lana Del Rey.
