JmBro is from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Originally born in the Philippines and eventually moved to Canada at the age of 9 years old.

Started the name JmBro in 2015 when he was making his instagram username. Picked up the guitar during that year and eventually started to post instagram covers. 2019-20 came around and I began posting his originals and started to gain some more attention.
