Jesse David Royal, aka Jesse Royal, aka “The Small Axe” or “Palace Pikney” is a Jamaican musician and reggae artist. He is associated with the reggae revival movement, collaborating often with artists such as Chronixx, Kabaka Pyramid and Protoje.
