In Legend began in 2010 with the musical talents of Bastian Emig. Not of guitar, but of drumming, singing, and the basis for In Legend, piano. Emig describes In Legend as the self-invented genre of Hand Hammered Piano Craft. Containing no lead guitars, the forefront of the band’s sound comes from Emig on the piano, hammering out heavy bass lines with his left hand, and spinning catchy melodies with his right. In Legend draws inspiration from traditional heavy metal and rock, but also elements of classical music, alternative and pop.

Since their inception, In Legend has released two studio albums, Ballads ‘n’ Bullets (2011) and Stones at Goliath (2015), and two EP’s, Pandemonium EP (2010) and Goliath’s End (2015).
