Implossion
Implossion is a Latin/Rock band composed of talented youngsters.
In 2002 Cindy Arguello and Javier Arguello began writing songs for the band’s first album, they invited Oby Gonzalez to participate in some presentations, shortly after they were joined by Ferko Resendiz on bass; then defined their artistic name as: “Implossion”; soon after this the talented, Fester Flores joined as second guitarist, thus completing the lineup of the band.
In 2008 Implossion signed with the indie record label Mucho Fruto Music to begin preparing their debut album. During that same year the band was invited to participate in the compilation album “Vive, lo Mejor de la Música Cristiana” (Live, The best of Christian Music) distributed by Universal Music Latin Entertainment, featuring their song “Con el Corazón” (With the Heart). The album also includes Latin Grammy winning artist Paulina Aguirre, Latin Grammy nominees: Rojo, and Pablo Olivares, and Billboard nominated artists, Julissa, and Tercer Cielo, among others.
Their debut self-titled album, Implossion, emphasizes the combination of gainful guitar sound, pop melodies and the sweetness of Indie Rock, adding a touch of sincere reflection with each lyric, that evokes the desire to influence others in the betterment of society, through the love of God.
