Hoobastank is a hard rock/nu metal band formed in 1994 in Agoura Hills, California. The band currently consists of Doug Robb (vocals, rhythm guitar), Dan Estrin (guitar), Jesse Charland (bass), and Chris Hesse (drums).

Notable hits include “The Reason”, “Crawling in the Dark”, “Out of Control”, “Running Away”, and “Same Direction”.
