Hanging Graveyard is a Northern Irish-American gothic metal band co-founded in 2024 by two brothers: Michael Walczak (guitar, percussion, samplers, backing vocals) and Kamil Walczak (lyrics, guitar, bass, drums, vocals, programming). Although they grew up in the same household, their paths diverged in the mid-2000s, when they both decided to leave their homeland (Poland) in search of new opportunities to pursue their dreams. Their family band burst into existence as a result of their fascination with downbeat music on the verge of gothic rock and doom metal. Since the very beginning, the band is associated with the Metronome School of Music and Recording Studio in New York City. So far, they have released two full-length studio albums: “Bloody Rituals” (June 2025) and “Ytic Eht Ni Msihtog” (October 2025).
