Grace McLean

Grace McLean is an actress, playwright, and musician best known for her role as Marya Dmitryevna in the hit Broadway musical Natasha, Pierre & the Great Comet of 1812, written by Dave Malloy.

In 2019, Grace debuted her one-act musical In The Green at the Claire Tow Theatre in New York as apart of her artist-in-residency program at LCT3. It centers around the origin story of famed medieval mystic & healer Hildegard von Bingen, specifically the 30 years she spent in solitude with her mentor, anchoress Jutta von Sponheim. A cast album was released in 2020.
Besides her acting career, Grace is also the lead singer of her band Grace McLean & Them Apples, who have headlined shows from the Lincoln Center American Songbook to Ars Nova.
