Central Massachusetts emo outfit Good Sleepy consists of Thomas Sullivan (Bass, Vocals), Seth Girard (Guitar, Vocals), Ryan Duggan (Guitar), and Jack Wensky (Drums). Sharing sonic interests and youthful anxieties, the band pushes a dramatic and heavy hitting sound accompanied by sparkly, dream-like riffs to accomplish their ambiance.

After the success of their first 3 EPs, Good Sleepy signed to No Sleep Records in 2020 to release their first full length studio album in the spring of 2021. The band’s LP “everysinglelittlebit” was produced by Gary Cioni and Chris Freeman of Hot Mulligan fame, in the farmlands of New Jersey at Sound Acres Studio in the end of 2020. This was followed by their EP “I Better Start Dreaming, Vol. 1” in 2022. The band returned to their DIY recording roots with their 2024 single Off Center. Their highly anticipated, and self recorded, LP2 is set to release independently in early 2025.

Good Sleepy is actively writing, performing live in the Northeast, and annually touring nationally.
