AKA: Lil Glokk40, Alexander Gabriel Quezada, Spaz Oso Angelo, The Real OSO, Baby Whoa, Alex Gabriel Quezada
Alexander Gabriel Quezada (born August 29, 2003), professionally known as Glokk40Spaz, is a recording artist from Decatur, Georgia.
In a November 2020 interview with Breativity, Spaz explained the origins of his stage name:
[Yeah, I be spazzing out] personally. You know, I always had a thing for guns, you know what I’m saying? The Glock 40 the fav, it’s long, you know what I’m saying, it’s big, it’s a big gun. We going big with this shit or something.
Citing D. Savage as his biggest inspiration, Glokk40Spaz began creating music in late 2018, with his first song “Glokkn” with close friend BabySolid on SoundCloud.
Spaz gained popularity while incarcerated as a result of his songs “Round Here” and “Definition” garnering recognition. He would further capitalize on this buzz with songs such as “Be Right Back” and “Remember Me.” All of these songs would soon be re-released on his first compilation album, Glokk Files, released on June 2, 2023.
Spaz is known for his affiliation with EBG RECORDS, having worked with artists such as Go.unna, Lil EBG, and BabySolid, among others. On January 29, 2024, Spaz launched his second label from jail, EBT40 RECORDS, in which he recruited older artists, but very quickly disbandoned in the same year. Despite his newfound success in the industry, going as far as to getting a record deal with Columbia Records, during that time, Spaz was incarcerated in Fulton County Jail and was facing armed robbery charges, but has since received a six year probation sentence and has been released from jail.
While in jail, Glokk’s team would continue to release his remaining music from the vault, starting with his debut studio album, Took The Biggest Risk, released on September 8, 2023. The deluxe version, titled After TTBR, would then be released on March 1, 2024.
On August 30, 2024, Glokk would release his sophomore studio album, Da Real OSO, which is named after his nickname he has given to himself, used in many of his previous songs. A deluxe version of the album was supposed to be released in September 2024, however Glokk scrapped the release with no reason as to why. The deluxe ended up getting leaked the day prior to its original release schedule, however some songs would see official releases on streaming platforms.
On November 8, 2024, Glokk would make up the release for Da Real Oso (Deluxe) in favor for a brand new EP, Slaughter House Recordz. The track “3rd Day Out” was originally placed in Da Real Oso (Deluxe) before being put onto the EP.
From there, Glokk has since become an independent artist again after expressing his frustration with Columbia Records, releasing a slew of singles since the beginning of 2025. After a slew of singles released throughout the year, some of which seeing massive success through social media, on August 29, 2025, Glokk40Spaz released his third studio album, Baby Whoa 2, the official sequel to his April 2022 mixtape, BABY WHOA. A deluxe version of Baby Whoa 2 was also released a few months later on January 30th, after a couple of delays.
