Kasim Brown (born October 17, 2002), known professionally as FSDaBender, is an American rapper and songwriter born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Emerging from the city’s Kensington neighborhood in 2022, he quickly made a name in the Philly drill scene with his raw, unfiltered delivery and vivid storytelling on standout tracks like “STOOPID,” “KILLAS' ASSOCIATION”, and collaborations including “Murder Suit” with Skrilla and “Hat Collection” with Zy Benji.

Renowned for his uncompromising authenticity and high-energy performances, FSDaBender has cultivated a dedicated following while continuing to represent North Philly’s unvarnished reality amid the rising momentum of his career.

On April 7th, 2026, Da Bender pleaded guilty to one count of illegal gun possession. As an already convicted felon, FS was barred from possessing firearms, and he was subsequently caught on surveillance video in July 2025 carrying a Glock pistol while engaging in the robbery of a North Philadelphia music studio.

In a separate indictment brought by Philadelphia prosecutors earlier this year, FSDaBender was accused of shooting three people in the Parkside section of the city — as well as two other shootings — in 2022 and 2023.

Those cases remain pending trial.
