Indirectly parodying the Undertale fandom, Frisqué Ferguson was created as a troll account on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Her posts usually contain sexually explicit and offensive content that here or there relates towards the characters from the original game.

In December 2023, Ferguson released the single “Sans (Skeletal Cock In My Heart)” as a way to gain more attraction on both SoundCloud and YouTube.
