Frank Thomas Watkinson (born June 26, 1953) is an acoustic musician from the United Kingdom. His songs and covers are sadly melancholy, all recorded with an acoustic guitar. Frank is best known as a YouTuber who creates albums from original songs uploaded to his YouTube channel and distributes them to digital streaming platforms with DistroKid.

His biggest influences are older artists like James Taylor, Ralph McTell, and Bob Dylan, he says he’s not limited to a genre of music in a conversation with Fevers of the Mind.

Frank Watkinson would occasionally upload YouTube videos for fun beginning in May 2015, then consistently began to make music since he had gained a huge amount of followers that would reach the tens of thousands in November 2020.

He’s best known for his cover of Slipknot’s “Snuff” and his own original song, “This could be my last song.” In the video description and YouTube title for “This could be my last song.” Frank explains that the title has nothing to do with him and that he has no plans to stop making music. Frank’s reasoning behind this clarification is that he believed it was accidental clickbait, as stated in an interview with InsideHook.
