Andrew Robert “Andy” Fowler (b. 16 February 1994) is a singer-songwriter and musician from Stockport, Manchester. He began to learn how to play the guitar at the age of six, and studied music as a GCSE. He would have gone to the Royal Northern College of Music, but decided to defer his enrolment to pursue his music career.

In 2021, Fovvs began to work on his music, planning to release “Jekyll and Hyde” as his debut solo single. He named some of his influences to be Brendon Urie, Freddie Mercury, and Jon Bellion.
