ExsertExponent is an independent artist based in Chicago, Illinois who has dedicated his life to music. He started making music back in 2012 and started releasing music in 2020. ExsertExponent plays the piano, vocals, and used to play the guitar, violin, clarinet, and the recorder.

His first single was a pop song called “Never Meant To Hurt You” was released in 2020 and that was about someone who’s feelings he hurt. “Never Meant To Hurt You” was deleted and turned into an EP called “The First 4” containing that single and all the first songs he ever released in order.
ExsertExponent then released 2 singles not too far apart. One being “Me & Amanda G”, the other

“Heal”. “Heal” is a song about wanting to get free of addictions and deciding not to fight the battle of maladaptive behaviors. “Me & Amanda G” is about a girl who ExsertExponent was in love with but after the song was released, ExsertExponent got told that Amanda G didn’t like him at all.
In late 2021,

ExsertExponent released “One Last Time”. A tribute to two late relatives who sadly passed on from health reasons. One being his great grandmother (GGB), and the other being his godfather/uncle (Uncle Ric). ExsertExponent made that song as a form of grieving for the losses and wishing that he could see them again.
