Shahrukh Bilal Shaikh (Born November 13th, 1995) professionally known as Emiway Bantai is an Indian rapper, singer, song writer and music producer, and also considered as the biggest Indian hip-hop artist as he has more than 21Million subscribers on YouTube.

Emiway began his rap career in English, and his stage name is a combination of Eminem and Lil Wayne, as the two have had a huge influence on him since the beginning. Later, shifted to Hindi after accepting his father’s advise.

In 2013, Emiway released his first “Glint Lock” song on his YouTube channel, but rose to prominence with “Aur Bantai” in 2014, the song became a hit sensation on the internet.

In 2017, Emiway collaborated with Raftaar in “#Sadak” as it became hit to capture the attention of the listeners, later in the same year Bantai made his appearances in a television reality series India’s Got Talent Season 8.

In 2018, Emiway gets in more limelight when they dissed another prominent Desi Hip-Hop rapper Raftaar after receiving a negative remark on him in an interview, “Samajh mein aaya kya?” was the first diss track of the series, which became viral on the internet, and the beef sparked the Indian hip-hop scene to gain the attention on the international.

In 2019, Raftaar’s label Kalamkaar’s rapper KR$NA dissed him, it adds more spices as Raftaar produced the track himself, Emiway replied with “Chusamba” as the beef continues to the date.

On October 1st, 2021, Emiway released his first studio album Malum Hai Na, total having of three studio albums, he also worked with some bigger international artists such as Snoop Dogg, Dax, Nana Rogues &Macklemore.

In 2023, Emiway and Pakistani-American rapper Lezarus announced a colloboration album Detroit to Antophill to feature the biggest international hip-hop artists, rumours spread as Eminem’s to be featured in it.
