Oderinde Oluwadamilare Paul(born April 19, 1990), known professionally as DJ Simplicity, is a Nigerian DJ, record executive, songwriter, record producer, author, and media personality. Born in Orile iganmu Lagos, Damilare first gained prominence as an artist in 2010 in Lagos. His popularity later prompted hip hop collaborations as an artist. After gaining some production credits on the collaborations, DJ Simplicity then transitioned into curating singles, releasing his debut studio singles Listennn…

He followed that up with the tracks with S2DG ENTERTAINMENT which contained the top SINGLES like “. SUNSHINE, JA FUNMI, NEW DAY, FINE BOY, DO YOU WELL etc. were released after the founding of S2DG record label. All tracks charted within the trending singles, with the latter containing the single "EFFA”, which was eventually certified triple platinum.
also saw similar commercial success, and helped bring Dj Simplicity to international prominence, as it featured the song “Do you well”, which became his first top ten hit. His sixth and seventh tracks, and his eighth studio single
In 2015 and early 2016, Damilare (Dj Simplicity) gained worldwide attention as a Dj personality, and an actor, starring in Tinsel, Africa magic series (2017) - (2020).

Damilare was born on April 19, 1990 in Orile Iganmu Lagos to parents who emigrated to Ondo and Ogun state. He has described himself as a devout Christian. His brother Henry Snipes owns S2DG.

Career

During his early career, Damilare became acquainted with several young artists; these include Shizzo Mr Dogoyaro, KemG Alhaji also have worked with the likes of Joseph Fans, Lahlah smoke the music Olamide on the cover of who you help, and Snaxzy aka Oyes. One of his first jobs was at Snaxzy who also doubled to be producing CDQ, JYBHO,SKALES, SHEYMAN. he began DJing in reggae soundclashes, mixing dancehall and hip-hop. During his career, Damilare has used many monikers including “Snazzy, Joseph Fans, Lahlah (a moniker under which he produces beats), etc. Dj Simplicity has played in several clubs and bar which includes, Club Vegas, Club 59, The VIP LOUNGE, ZANZIBAR etc.
Dj Simplicity is a graduate of Computer Science from the Lagos state university.
